Do I need a card for the first plan?

No. Add your platform and business description to see your first content plan without entering a card. You start the 7-day trial only when you approve the plan and want to generate an image or video.

Does Recallora publish content automatically?

Direct publishing is enabled only when the connected account type, permissions, app approval, and exact format are live-verified. Otherwise Recallora provides download, copy, reminder, and guided share-package tools.

How does the free trial work?

A card is required to begin the 7-day trial. The trial allows one successful image every 24 hours, does not accumulate unused allowances, and disables video. Cancel during the trial and you will not be charged; otherwise your selected plan starts on day 8.

How are credits counted?

One image generation uses 1 credit and one video generation uses 12 credits. Copy, planning, and tags are part of the relevant content workflow.

Can I use my product photo as a reference?

Yes. Add product, logo, and style images to your reusable private brand library and select up to three references for a new image. Metadata is stripped and only selected files are used for generation.

Do I need to enter my products and services again for every post?

No. Save verified products and services in your private catalogue and select one when creating a plan. Recallora snapshots the selected entry into that plan, so a later catalogue edit cannot silently change approved content.

Does Recallora learn from results?

Yes. You can report impressions, engagement, saves, shares, and clicks after publishing. If the data is not provider-verified it remains clearly labelled as an owner-reported directional signal for later plans.

Do unused credits roll over?

Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits never expire.

Will entering my username import recent posts?

No. Adding a username does not automatically import old posts. Account access, publishing permission, and performance data are handled as separate explicit permissions.

Does Google sign-in connect my social account?

No. Google is only used to sign in to or create your Recallora account; it does not request access to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or LinkedIn.

Can AI share something without my approval?

No. You edit and review the complete content revision. If a critical detail changes after approval, another review is required.
