Distance Sales Agreement

This framework agreement applies together with the plan, price, currency, renewal date, customer details, and legal-document version shown and accepted immediately before each completed checkout. New purchases are temporarily unavailable while we update our payment system; existing agreements and statutory rights remain in effect. Where the buyer acts for business purposes, mandatory consumer provisions apply only to the extent required by law.

1. Parties

Provider: İSMAİL AKYAYLA. Buyer: the account holder whose identity and contact details are supplied at checkout.

2. Subject and essential characteristics

The agreement covers digital access to Recallora and the selected monthly credit plan or one-time credit pack. The checkout summary specifies the plan, included credits, price, taxes, currency, trial, renewal and payment obligation. The product includes AI-assisted planning, copy and media generation, review, reminders, and a complete share package; the buyer completes the final post on the selected platform.

3. Formation, payment and evidence

The buyer reviews the pre-contract information and this agreement, confirms that the order creates a payment obligation, and accepts through an unticked checkbox before proceeding to the payment provider identified at checkout. Card data is entered on that provider's hosted payment surface. Recallora retains the accepted document version, transaction reference, time and integrity hash; the provider used for that transaction retains payment records under its obligations. No new checkout or payment obligation is created while purchases are unavailable.

4. Trial and recurring subscription

New payment-method trials are currently unavailable. The following terms apply only to an existing trial accepted at checkout: the seven-day trial is available once per eligible business workspace and requires a payment method. During the trial, one successful image may be generated per rolling 24 hours and video is disabled. Unless cancelled before the displayed trial end, the selected monthly subscription is charged and renews at the disclosed interval. A later subscription is charged immediately as shown in its checkout summary. Monthly credits expire at renewal. Cancellation prevents future renewal but does not automatically refund a completed period.

5. Delivery and performance

This is an electronically supplied service with no physical delivery. Access and trial rights are activated after checkout confirmation. Requested content generation begins after the buyer approves a plan and instructs Recallora to generate. Delivery and refund details are incorporated from the Delivery and Refund Conditions.

6. Withdrawal

A consumer generally has fourteen days from formation to withdraw from a service contract by a clear statement sent to support@recallora.com. If the consumer expressly requests performance before that period ends and acknowledges the statutory consequence, the applicable exception may arise once performance starts or the electronic service is supplied. Mandatory rights for defective or unperformed services remain.

7. Complaints and disputes

Complaints may be sent to support@recallora.com. Consumers may also apply to the competent consumer arbitration committee or consumer court under the monetary and territorial rules in force for the relevant year.

8. Integral documents and effectiveness

The checkout summary, pre-contract information, these terms, the privacy notice, and delivery/refund conditions form one agreement. The order-specific agreement becomes effective when the buyer gives the required confirmations and completes checkout.
