1. Scope of the service

Recallora helps a business verify brand context, create platform-specific plans, social visuals, product showcases, promotional or educational content and short videos, review exact revisions, manage social-account references, learn from owner-reported performance, and publish through a verified capability or use a guided share package.

2. Your responsibility

The account owner is responsible for business information, uploaded materials, brand and image rights, and the accuracy of content that will be shared. Before sharing, you must review the copy, tags, media, alternative text, target platform, and time.

3. Limits of AI output

AI output can be inaccurate or unsuitable. Recallora does not treat critical business facts as verified without your confirmation, but the final decision and legal-compliance review remain the account owner's responsibility.

4. Social platforms

Adding an account reference does not fetch previous posts. Direct publishing is available only when the exact account type, permission scopes, application approval, token health, format and live test are verified. Otherwise a share package may provide media download, one-tap copy, the device share menu, a platform link, and a short-lived QR handoff. Owner-reported completion and performance remain unverified unless a provider confirms them.

5. Acceptable use

The service must not be used to generate unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, discriminatory, or unauthorised personal-data content, or to bypass platform security controls.

6. Trial, billing, and credits

A card is required for the seven-day trial. Unless cancelled before it ends, the selected monthly plan starts on day 8. Creating and revising a plan is free. A successful image generation uses 1 credit and a successful eight-second video generation uses 12 credits; a technical failure uses no credit. 7. Final contract details

The service entity name, governing law, competent courts, support level, and official contact details will be completed with legal counsel before commercial launch.
