1. Service
Recallora provides business-context verification, AI-assisted content planning and production, exact-revision review, reminders, and a complete share package. The account owner completes the final post on the selected social platform.
2. Account-owner responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy and rights of business information, uploaded media, trademarks, products and final content. You must review copy, tags, media, target, timing and legal compliance before approval or publication.
3. AI limitations
AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable. Recallora does not turn inferred business facts into verified memory without your confirmation. Generated output is not professional legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice.
4. Subscriptions, credits and payment
The first eligible image post includes one plan, copy, hashtags, one image, final review, and a share package without a card. This purpose-bound entitlement is available once per workspace for seven days, cannot be transferred to video or later content, and is restored after a technical provider failure. Current price, currency, plan, credit allowance, trial period, renewal date and payment obligation are shown before checkout. The seven-day trial is offered once per eligible business workspace, requires a card and, unless cancelled, the selected monthly plan begins after the trial. A later subscription starts with immediate payment. Each later successful image generation uses 1 credit and an eight-second video uses 12 credits; a technical provider failure does not consume credit. Monthly credits expire at renewal; separately purchased top-ups do not expire under the stated plan rules.
5. Cancellation, withdrawal and refunds
Subscription cancellation stops future renewals and does not by itself reverse a completed charge. Consumer withdrawal and refund rights are described in the Delivery and Refund Conditions and the Distance Sales Agreement, which form part of these terms.
6. Acceptable use and availability
You must not create unlawful, deceptive, infringing, discriminatory or harmful content, process personal data without authority, or bypass security controls. We may pause unsafe or abusive processing. A reminder reopens the share package; it does not automatically publish the content or prove that it was posted.
7. Contact and disputes
Contact support@recallora.com first so we can resolve the issue. Mandatory consumer rights and competent consumer authorities and courts remain unaffected.
